The Trick or Trot 5K and 10K is a fast Halloween run and walk that starts and finishes at the boo-tiful Corwin Nixon Park, just behind the Mason Community Center and Mason High School, in northern Cincinnati. Come have fun with the whole family at this spooktacular race benefiting the Fetal Hope Foundation. Tackle the boo-rific 5K or challenge yourself in the double-loop 10K. Then celebrate your monster of a victory with food and drinks. Stick around for the costume contest and the free Kids Spooky Sprint.
The Fetal Hope Foundation’s mission is to provide support, provide information, fund research, increase awareness and be an outlet for leading medical information pertaining to fetal syndromes, such as Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome. They are all about arming families and healthcare providers with information and helping to save babies’ lives.

All race participants will receive:
1. A custom race shirt
2. Professional chip timing by Ohio Running Events
3. Aid stations with water and electrolyte drinks
4. Post race beverages and food including bagels, fruit, cookies, muffins, and Gatorade
